INTRODUCTION
As the leader in Korea’s economic miracle, Hyundai business group has made good footprints in the nation’s industrialization land space, and also has become the nation in business group. Hyundai business group has got many achievements and awards is composed of 51 subsidiaries, shipbuilding, engineering, and construction. Heavy industries, machineries, iron and steel and cutting edge industries such as electronics and aerospace telecommunications, information and technology as well as financing and petrochemicals, energy, trade and service sectors.
Though its establishment in 1947, Hyundai itself held on pioneering spirit, sincerity, and credit ability to make possible not only by domestic accomplishments but international recognition as well.

In 1956, Hyundai engineering and construction co, the founding company of Hyundai group was the very first construction company in Korea to advance in overseas sites.
In 1986, Hyundai motor company exerted its first model on PONYEXCEL to U.S.A. It turned out to be a Cinderella of its town as it becomes a record breaker for being one of the biggest car manufacturers and selling market on that year. Hyundai has staged itself the peace and realized the ‘dream of Korea with technology’.

Lakshmi Hyundai is the unit of Fri Jana Lakshmi Auto motives Pvt. Ltd.

Lakshmi Hyundai motors India Limited has its dealerships in 167 cities throughout India and more than 250 Hyundai dealers throughout the country. We can find their dealerships and service centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore. It also has a very big service station.

FOUNDER: SRI KAMBAPATI. RAMA MOHAN RAO. He is an politician and Vice President of TDP (Telugu Sesame Party).

The dealerships of three other automobile industries.

They are:
Hero Honda.

Nissan Motors.

Hyundai Motors India Limited.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Lakshmi Hyundai Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 2005 in January. Dealer by Mr. Embarkation, Ram Cohan Lao. At the time of introducing of industry, Lakshmi Hyundai has got up the dealership of few variants of Hyundai cars. As a result of the excellent quality of servicing provided and customer satisfaction. Lakshmi Hyundai has owned the dealership of all other variants and they expanded its capacity.

Now, it has reached a monthly sale of 150 cars and services 60 cars daily by excellent progressive performance
DUTIES TIMING:
9:30 am to 6:00pm
No shift basis is followed in Lakshmi Hyundai.

No overtime duty is also allowed to do in the company.

Hyundai, as a responsible corporate citizen is committed to sustain social development and the preservation of the environment and making it Eco-friendly. All the company’s key manufacturing units, including the Indian Plant have the ISO 14001 certification for its Environment management practices.
As a part of its social responsibility programs, the company conducts various campaigns to spread awareness of in-car safety and safe driving practices particularly targeted against drunken driving, speeding, road traffic, etc.

As a part of its community development project’s, the company has also adopted a few villages around its place and working towards the social and economic development of these villages, assisting them in the areas of primary health care, education, basic amenities and employment opportunities.

HISTORY OF PASSENGER CARS IN INDIA:
The passenger car in India has shown as luxury item. Only the rich and the super rich could afford them.. In the fifties and sixties a Car was the ultimate statement of having made in life.
There were just three major players namely
Hindustan Motors
Premier Automobiles
Standard Motors.

The models they offered are the Baby Hindustan, its later version called the Ambassador, which fought for market share in a market. The Ambassador and the Fiat were the front-runners with the coming in third.

There were other players also involved in other segments, like the Willys Jeep and Mahindra & Mahindra offering. The late seventies saw a movement to produce a people to bring the rich. And so a seed called the, Maruthi-800.

Hyundai Santa Fe received the prestigious Presidential award at the good design held by the Korea Institute of Industrial Design Promotion by the Ministry of Commerce Industrial and Energy.

Out of 985 products from 292 companies exhibited, 320 products were selected as Good Design Products and only 39 products were awarded prizes during the annual competition.
Hyundai’s Accent Fe won the most covered and honored award, the Presidential Award in the Automotive section.
By winning such a glorious award as thus once, it has indefinitely proven Hyundai’s constant pursuit of excellence and dedication to the development of beautiful styled cars for its potential customers.

For the seventh consecutive year in 2000, HMC topped the list of customers satisfaction in a survey conducted by Korea Management ASSOCIATION Consultants, Korea’s largest management consulting company.

The KCSI (Korea Customer Satisfaction Index) , HMC won first place in the passenger car manufacturing field for giving the most satisfaction to its customers for the seven straight years.

Lakshmi Hyundai provides perfect services to the customers it maintains good public relations. Lakshmi Hyundai has conducted some events for the betterment of the customers like car exchange mela, loan mela for the new cars with low interest rate and Easy Money Entailment (EMI).
Lakshmi Hyundai has excellent relation with the number of banks for the financial support to the customers benefits. These banks are also providing facilities like easy documentation and also helping them in registration of cars. The sales turnover of Lakshmi Hyundai dealer in the year 2017-2018 is around 50 corers.

OVER VIEW OF THE INIDAN CAR MARKET:
Automobile industry in India is currently experienced the demand for the vehicles of different types of cars. This is due to rapidly increase in the number of the vehicles of all types of the car. The reason for this is the Indian economy which was closed at that time.

This sectors benefited greatly to globalization and liberalization.The face of the Industry has changed to an extent just a decade that would fall to recognize it as the Indian Auto Industry. Today the Indian market do not witness just as Ambassador Fiat competition. It has become a battle field for it witnessing cut throat competition between the world from this brands like FORD, HONDA, MERCEDES, HYUNDAI, DAEWOO.
The leading market leader MARUTHI has failed a sizable crunch of its market share from a magical mesmerizing 70% to 66% during the same period of time.

Hyundai operates overseas road service vehicle program.

Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) has started its services program for its customers as part of the Company’s commitment to provide the excellent vehicle maintenance service to its global customers.

HMC made its first shipment of 300 overseas service vehicles to 30 countries including Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico etc and will increase its shipment to dealers in 160 countries.

The success story is done through hard work, determination, and untiring efforts of Chairman Mr. Rama Cohan Lao. Being an engineer who was savvy of automobiles, he started his career with A.P. Scooters dealership and because of the excellent performance was allotted with Hero Honda dealership in 1987. The success of these dealerships has led to the entry into the four-wheeler segment in 1988. It was appointed as the first dealer of Hyundai Motors.

Production department has a three main themes such as raw materials, work in progress and finished goods. The work in progress plays a major role in completion of the finished car product.

The Press Shop:
A computer-controlled line is that converts all the sheet metal to body panels of high dimensional accuracy and consistency.

The Body Shop:
A hi-tech line is that builds full body shells from panels with Automated robotic for intricate welding operations it ensure superior and consistent build quality.

The Paint Shop:
It is one of the most modern and high paint shops in the country and they are eco- friendly. This process of management system followed here helps us deliver the most extensive color range, independent of minimum batch requirements, helping customers in getting their preferred color any time.

The Alumina Foundry:
The engine cylinder blocks for their cars to exacting design specifications by the needs and wants of the customers.

The Engine and Transmission Shop:
This unit is equipped with the most modern and technology tooling and testing facilities to make a wide range of engines in house.

The Plastic Extrusion Unit:
Molds the dashes, bumpers and other plastic components to perfect fit and finish.

The Plastic Paint Shop:
One of the few manufacturing units in India to have this facility in-house, Hyundai’s plastic paint shop delivers a top-grade finish on exterior plastic components.

The Test Track:
With best performance testing facilities like rattle testing and ABS brake testing; this track is designed to meet deliverable certification standards to exacting Euro specifications.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

Thus, financial management means the entire gamut of managerial efforts devoted to the management of finance- both its sources and uses- of the enterprise.”
FINANCIAL FUNCTION:
“Financial activities are transactions of business events and long-term liabilities. Another way of financial activities are transactions with creditors and investors used to fund either company operations or expansions. These types of transactions are the third set of cash activities it’s displayed on the statement of cash flows. “The process of finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate (from within or outside of an organization) for a job opening, in a timely and cost-effective manner. The recruitment process includes analysing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the organization”.

RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION AT LAKSHMI HYUNDAI PVT LTD:
Recruitment and Selection in Lakshmi Hyundai Pvt Ltd is done half yearly. For selection at Lakshmi Hyundai Pvt Ltd, an Selection form is given to the Line Manager and he should meet the employee discuss and evaluate accordingly. Accordingly, incentives and promotions are granted.
Lakshmi Hyundai Pvt Ltd started Recruitment and Selection with the following objectives of-
Evaluating the Recruitment of employees.
Make decision regarding promotion of employees.
Identify the needs/wants of training and development .
Evaluate the morals of the employees.
RECRUITMENT:
Each department should select to the staffing levels approved by the board of director. The director needs to fill in the staffing expectation form to justify to hiring staffing justification form.

Then copy is to be sent to the Human Resource Manager and finance department, HR should check them and verify if replacement is fulfilling budgetary requirements.

ERF (Employee Requisition Form) is to be filled by approved HR to initiate recruitment process.
A copy of Employee Requisition Form should take care of with HR and Finance department for payroll management and updating records.

The following levels of interviews to be conducted for different grades are given below.

Grade A&B-2 rounds.

Grade C&D– minimum 3 rounds of interviews.

Grade E- minimum 4 rounds of interviews.

All interviewers should fill up the curriculum vitae form and go through aptitude test by the HR department.

A technical interview to be listed by the HR department as soon as the aptitude test is completed and with the following documents for the first round interview.

A. Employee requisition Form.

B. Employee curriculum vitae form.

C. Application form with photograph.

D. Curriculum vitae.

E. 4 photographs.

F. Photo copies of educational & Work experience documents.

G. Aptitude test (40 marks).

Reference check to be filed in employee Recruitment file.

HR department should complete Reference check before scheduled HR interview
HR round interview form should be filled and total is calculated out of 100 (Aptitude test 40M+technical interview 40M+HR interview assessment form20M) and a candidate should score 70 or above in order to be ready for selection.

A 3-year MOU(memorandum of association) should be signed by the employee.

Bank account details to be opened with the bank recommended by the company.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:
Any new entrant joining the company should be given proper training and then place him in the job.

It is the duty of HR department to take necessary steps in this regard as follows
The employees should be given tour of work place and introduction about the group.

The uniform should be arranged by the company within 15 days of the employee joining date
As per the calendar preparation schedule, the induction program should be conducted on monthly basis and the same to be informed to the respective Dept. Hod’s
Proper Training attendance record should be maintained.

It is mandatory to have a questionnaire answered by the employee at the end of every training excision and should be further evaluated by the HR Executive.

RE EMPLOYMENT OF INDIVIDUALS:
An employee who left voluntary can be considered for re-employment in any group of company’s ifs

Line manager sets the targets both qualitative in consultation with the employee at the beginning of the quarterly review period
At the end of the quarterly review period of the employee fills out self-selection forms
The line manager will have a one to one discussions with the employee and will go through the self-selection form and 8 concurs are alters selection with mutual agreement and discussion
A reviewed and updated selection form signed by the employee and the line manager should be submitted to the HR Dept.

Annual training plan should be updated based on requirements to meet goals’ manager will org anise by discussing with HOD and Director
