Steven Smith is an Australian international cricketer. Furthermore, he is the captain of the Australia national cricket team.
Steven Smith grew up with his parents in Sydney, Australia. Smith was a mischievous boy, when he was a child. He liked horse riding, horse racing, playing cricket and baseball. As a result, he became Australia’s 45th Test captain. Also, Smith has improved that he is the most important batsman in Australians team after Clarke’s retirement. Smith got 8 centuries in one day internationals cricket, 23 in Test matches and 37 in his First Class. As a result, he has got 79 centuries in his cricket career since 2013.Also, he did very good job and won the 2015 World Cup Campaign.
Later, in 2015, he got the captaincy from Michael Clarke. Smith is the second fastest batsman who got 6199 runs in 117 innings, as well as he is the second fastest batsman after Dan Bradman.
To conclude, Smith has consecutively received many awards every year since 2013. In 2015, he got the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy, as well as he got the Allan Border Medal for the best player.
