The managers should verify the actions of the organisation with the plans, instructions and the quality of performances. A manager should prevent problems and if a problem exist a manager should repair it as soon as possible.

In conclusion, managers are very important people in a management. All organisation operate in complex social working environment conditions where managers need to be developed in their interpersonal or people skills if they are going to be effective. This is the most basic responsibility of a manager ,to focus people towards performance of work activities to ensure a desired outcome is achieved.
