The answer will be management is keeping pace with a turbulent environment, small business management, management ethics, corporate culture, planning and goal setting, strategy design and implementation, decision-making processes, adaptable organizational design, change and innovation management, managing people, diversity management, human behavioural dynamics, leadership skills, employee motivation, communication, and teamwork. Managements will be consisting of many or few layer of managers to keep the management system upgraded and stable. The relative importance of these managers varied according to the managers level within the organisation. This managers facing loads of responsibilities in today’s world, characterised by uncertainty, ambiguity and sudden changes or threats from the environment. So what quality and skills should a manager have to overcome this kind of obstacles?

Managers must find out the resources needed for the plan and make a objective using it. After that, they should take a correct step to direction for the organisation. The managers should verify the actions of the organisation with the plans, instructions and the quality of performances. A manager should prevent problems and if a problem exist a manager should repair it as soon as possible.
