Immanuel Kant therefor believed in the categorical imperative which requires us to act in a manner where we can justify our actions into a universal law. Kant’s ethical theory is based on three aspects which are means vs ends, universal acceptability and goodwill. Means vs ends focuses on that we should never use others just to achieve our own aims. We should always treat others in the same way we wish to be treated. We need to always act in a way that represents humanity among ourselves and in others. Similarly corporations should not use others in order to achieve their aims
