As the young adults that we are, we have been tested many times over the years. We have been tested on school work as well as the things that our parents, friends, and our life throws towards us. Growing up we were told that A was passing and F was failing and getting an F meant that you were dumb. In modern society, students who are smart are declared dumb by the education systems. Those students that are strong in one subject can be bad in another and may get good grades in one class and bad in the other. Many people came to the realization that those students that took the tests were not representing their intelligence, rather they were showcasing how they could retain information and reflect off it to get good grades. There are many aspects where your intelligence cannot be based off your grades. First, some of the subjects that you may be taking are not your strongest subjects, second, the grading system in schools are rigged and create inflation, which showcases perfect grades to the world and third, some students do poorly due to the obstacles that life throws at them. After all, your grades do not determine your intelligence, rather your grades are helping guide you towards understanding the material.
